I work from the belief that leaders and professionals already hold significant capability. My role is not to provide answers, but to create the conditions for clearer thinking, better conversations, and more effective action.
All engagements are carefully contracted and designed in conversation with key stakeholders, with attention to purpose, context, and performance. My work is informed by adult learning theory, systems thinking, and professional coaching ethics.
I prioritise psychological safety, rigour, and practical relevance — and I bring both challenge and care to the work.
1:1 Coaching

Group programs
Carefully designed group programs for leaders, in-tact teams, internal practitioners, and professional communities.
Facilitation
Design and facilitation of conversations that support sense-making, decision-making, and relational capability.

I bring extensive experience in executive and organisational coaching, coaching supervision, and coach education.
I have worked with leaders and practitioners across not-for-profits, banking and finance, superannuation, tertiary education, retail, and the arts. My background includes senior leadership roles in coach education, supervision, and leadership development, as well as prior experience in psychotherapy and consulting.
This breadth of experience allows me to work comfortably with complexity, ethical tension, and the realities of organisational life.
